• Annual Rate: $175 CAD per year, plus applicable taxes.
• Payment Terms: Paid in full at the start of service using a valid credit card or approved payment method.
• Failure to pay or renew may result in suspension or termination of Services.⸻5. Cancellations and Refunds
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to us.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service term.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Services at our discretion in cases of non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.⸻6. Intellectual PropertyAll websites, templates, designs, and underlying code created by SetSites remain the sole intellectual property of SetSites unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website we create for you for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.⸻7. Service Limits and Edit PolicyThe Annual Plan includes:
• Reasonable weekly content edits such as text updates, image swaps, and business hours.
• Structural or design overhauls, third-party plugin setups, or large-scope development requests may require a custom quote or additional service fees.⸻8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, SetSites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.⸻9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: May 7, 2025⸻1. Subscription ModelSetSites offers professional website services under a flat-rate annual subscription of $175 CAD per year, plus applicable taxes. This plan includes website creation, hosting, weekly edits, analytics, and support.Your subscription begins upon payment and is valid for 12 months, automatically renewing unless canceled in accordance with this policy.⸻2. RefundsAll payments are non-refundable, including in cases of early cancellation or non-use, except under the following limited circumstances:
• Billing Errors: If you are mistakenly charged due to a technical or processing error, a full refund of the overcharged amount will be issued.
• Failure of Service: If SetSites fails to deliver core services (such as hosting, edits, or support), and the issue remains unresolved for more than 14 days after written notice, a partial or full refund may be granted at our sole discretion.Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective factors (such as design preferences, speed of edits, or business performance).⸻3. CancellationsYou may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to your renewal date.
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid term.
• No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
• To avoid auto-renewal, you must cancel before the next billing cycle begins.⸻4. Automatic RenewalAll subscriptions automatically renew each year unless canceled in advance. You will be notified of your upcoming renewal at least 7 days before your renewal date.⸻5. Termination by SetSitesWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service without refund if:

• Your payment method fails and remains unpaid for more than 10 days
• You engage in abusive, hostile, or fraudulent behavior toward our team or systemsWhere possible, we will provide written notice and allow you an opportunity to resolve the issue before terminating service.⸻6. Service PausesWe may allow you to pause your subscription for up to 2 months per calendar year (e.g., seasonal businesses). Requests must be made in writing and approved by SetSites.
